How to Order Flowers for an Office Event

Have you ever been asked to organize an office event and wondered what was the best way to order flowers for that event?

1. What's the location, date, and time of your event; 
2. Total number of Tables;
3. Size of the Tables - Table diameter if round and dimensions for other table shapes. If you don't know that information, the event coordinator at the event venue should be able to provide you with it;
   
4. Budget - overall budget or budget per centerpiece; and
5. Any special themes for your event - e.g. special holiday, winter, retirement, etc.
